Pointing to suicide attack on the Interior Ministry, a number of MPs claim the attackers enter into cities with the cooperation of circles within the government.
During Saturday session at the parliament, the representatives accused the security officials of ignoring the situation, emphasizing that it should be clarified how the suicide attackers enter into cities, specially in capital Kabul.

Gholam Hussain Naseri, an MP said: “security institutions are responsible to provide the security. The suicide attackers enter into cities with the help of circles within the government. The vehicles of interior ministry heads are black-tented but accuse the MPs of transferring suicide attackers. The interior minister can resign if he is not able to provide the security”.

Obaidullah Barakzai, MP, added that cars of ministers, parliamentarians and foreigners should be inspected as well.
“The parliament should approve a law in this regard,” he said.

Hashim Mahdawi, another MP said the number palate were not distributed to armored vehicles and the suicide attackers can reach any part of the city, using the cars.
“There are over 5 000 armored vehicles without palate in the country that should be prevented,” he added.

This comes as a group of suicide attackers stormed the new building of the Interior Ministry last Wednesday at about 12:30 pm.

Ten suicide attackers clashed with the security forces after an explosion at the entrance door of the Ministry.
The Interior Ministry claimed that the attackers had been transferred around the Ministry through three armored vehicles. One police officer was killed and five more wounded during the attack.
