Sayed Noorullah Jalili, the candidate of the Afghan presidential election, enrolled himself on Thursday with the Independent Election Commission (IEC) as a presidential nominee.

Earlier, Latif Pedram and Hakim Torsun have registered themselves as a presidential nominee.
Khalil Ruman and Cheragh Ali Cheragh are Jalili’s vice presidents in his electoral ticket.
Lack of electoral ticket is one of the factors behind the delay of candidate registration for the presidential election.

According to experts, a serious and strong electoral ticket has not been registered with the IEC yet.
Many candidates are expected to register themselves with the IEC in the coming days.
