“Loya Jirga will have representatives from all Afghan stratum,” he said while explaining the president’s new orders about the country’s security forces.
Talking to journalists, he said that “Anas Haqqani is in prison and will be treated according to the country’s law”.

Mr Mortazavi also said that dismissing electoral commissioners will have no impact on the election process.
“Dismissing them will not affect the electoral process, and the appointment of new commissioners will soon be finalized,” he added.

The deputy spokesman to the president, in another part of his speech, said that “many of those who participated at Moscow meeting are the members of peace advisory board and the president has met them several times”.
“Faces, who criticize the president’s performance in the peace process should have at least one written plan for peace,” he added.
